Our crews generally wear custom printed t-shirts with our Cactus man printed on them. The cactus man has been our registered trademark for a long time, and we like to keep things fresh with a new design every now and then. Each of our crew members receive several of the shirts and we like to keep them looking as good as our job sites.
You may notice a couple of our guys in brightly colored shirts. Tell them congratulations. They aren’t supervisors, but they are special achievers.
The only way to get one of the bright shirts is if someone catches them doing something extra. Maybe they went out of their way to help someone on-site, they might have a great attitude and inspired someone, or they could have completed solved a problem or did a great job on a difficult task.
If you’re on-site with us and you see one of our crew being a “hero” in some way let us know. We’ve got a shirt for that person and a little extra recognition.
And if you see someone in a different shirt, congratulate them – they deserve it!
Performance Drywall In Gilbert Has
The Ability To Do Any JobIn December 1992, Gary Eatinger and Ron Palmer were at the end of their financial rope…jobs were hard to come by and the economy wasn’t looking very friendly. They decided to start Performance Drywall. Using Gary’s tools and Ron’s credit cards they landed the job of framing the canopy at Tempe Acura for Arizona Building Systems.
We’ve grown a little since then. We now do framing construction and install drywall for projects ranging from a few hundred thousand dollars all the way to and exceeding $1.5 million. Along the way we’ve worked with the best Arizona contractors building some of the best projects in the state.
After 21 years Ron was able to retire and so we welcome to the team Tate Laramore. Tate comes from Seattle and has 27 years experience in the construction industry, with 17 of these years specializing in drywall and metal framing.
We’ve stuck to our core belief that doing a quality job every time will keep our customers coming back and using us again and again. If a general contractor has a critical path or short schedule regarding framing construction or drywall installation, they know we’ll do whatever it takes to get the job done.
